lyrics
I've been,
Huntin'
Fiending for something real,
And it's deep inside of me.
On the,
Surface,
Of my outer shell,
You can tell I'm doing well.
I'm just fine,
I'm changing on the inside,
And the further that I go,
The more that it shows.
I've been waiting,
To put my heart,
Into,
Something new.
What's yours for taking,
With work and time could come,
To you,
What do you have to lose?
I've been,
Struggling,
To feel something real,
And I think it's killing me.
On the,
Inside,
Of my calloused shell,
I scream and I yell,
And feel,
Alone,
I can make it on my own,
And the further that I go,
The more that it shows.
I've been waiting,
To put my heart,
Into,
Something new.
What's yours for taking,
With work and time could come,
To you,
What do you have to lose?
Everything is all right now.
I'm not backing out,
Dust my shoulders off,
Put my feet back on the ground
Everything is all right now.
I don't know what you're talking about
Time to work it out,
Put our feet back on the ground.
Everything is all right now.
Serious as a heart attack,
You can still turn back,
And make your piece on common ground.
Everything is all right now.
I'm not backing out,
Dust my shoulders off,
Put my feet back on the ground.
Kight is the musical home of songwriter Sean Kight. Now on it's sophmore release, the project has influences from emo and pop-punk music from the early 2000's. Occasionally, there are some electronic elements present as well.
